- We explore tools to determine each individual unique needs, prepare material, plan activities, encourage participations, provide opportunity to evaluate the workshop, use technology tools, and use cognitive functions to stimulated mind. We strive to improve your memory by stimulate the mind memory, attention and playing various games.

Therapist Hx
I am a caring, sensitive, compassionate and transparent therapist. I have been practicing for approximately 20 plus years in both medical and mental health Services. As a therapist, I provide individual, faith based, group, psychotherapy that enable clients to cope with their chronic depression and anxiety. I have facilitated a Memory, Grief, Loss Workshop to help clients, and families through this process. I have also facilitated an Alzheimer's, Women Support Group, TV, Radio Ministry, and a Drama Ministry. I have used role play in some of my therapy sessions as warranted. I have spoken at various churches, and senior centers regarding various senior related issues. I believe all clients have a right to self-determination, and they should be treated with dignity and respect. I am here to listen, to guide, and to be a source of support for the clients. I want our clients to realize that we are partners (team) in this therapeutic relationship. Remember! Your pathway to healing can start with us.
